About the Role
Are you a multi-skilled tradesperson looking for your next challenge? At Arcus FM, we are seeking a dedicated Minor Works Technician to join our growing Field Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of varied minor works projects across North London and surrounding areas. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for scoping, quoting, and delivering additional contract works, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. You will build strong client relationships, identify future opportunities, and play a key role in delivering high-quality building and repair works.
Key responsibilities include delivering a range of minor works projects such as groundworks, civils, drainage, tarmacking, painting, decorating, plastering, carpentry, bricklaying, fencing, plumbing, and roof repairs. You will secure and quote for extra contract work, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness, maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, and work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines and client expectations.

Experience
Proven experience across multiple trades such as plastering, plumbing, carpentry, and bricklaying
Solid understanding of general construction principles

Qualifications
Full UK Driving Licence required
Recognised NVQ or equivalent qualification in a trade discipline is desirable
