About the Role
Are you an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Arcus FM is recruiting a dedicated Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team, ensuring mechanical, electrical, and fabric infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant, and responsive to the needs of our site-based client in North West London.

In this role, you will deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services across the client portfolio using CAFM systems and handheld devices. You will be a key part of the team, ensuring compliance, safety, and efficiency in all engineering operations while upholding high standards aligned with company values.

Key responsibilities include executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara, responding promptly to building alarms, managing reactive maintenance tasks via CAFM and meeting SLA targets, closing out PPMs timely and following up remedial actions, liaising with supervisors and service teams, coordinating subcontractors, providing shift cover, participating in minor engineering projects, maintaining 100% compliance, adhering to permit to work processes, ordering materials, and providing first-time fixes wherever practicable.

Experience
Minimum 3 years time-served experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric disciplines.

Qualifications
Essential:
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline

Desirable:
- City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2
- 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IPAF / PASMA certification within last 3 years
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person
- Full UK Driving Licence
