£48,900 per annum (including £3,000 location allowance)

About the Role
Arcus FM, an award-winning facilities management company, is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for maintaining supermarket refrigeration systems across multiple retail sites, delivering high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs. This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same. You will be provided with a company van and fuel card with personal use from day one, and you will earn door-to-door pay from the moment you leave home. Additional benefits include 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced overtime rates paid at time and a half, and an annual bonus of up to 4% subject to performance.

Experience
- Proven refrigeration engineering experience
- Experience working with supermarket refrigeration systems is desirable

- Valid UK driver's license
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a focus on Health & Safety awareness

Qualifications
- F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) is essential
- CO2 qualification is desirable
