About the Role
Join Accor at Ibis London Stratford as a Night Auditor and become a vital part of our hospitality team. You will ensure smooth overnight operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction. This role involves performing end-of-day accounting procedures, balancing daily transactions, and preparing overnight reports. You will verify and reconcile guest accounts, resolve discrepancies, and provide outstanding customer service during check-ins, check-outs, and throughout the night shift. Additional responsibilities include assisting guests with inquiries and requests, maintaining a safe and secure environment, generating financial and operational reports, collaborating with other departments to address guest concerns, monitoring room inventory and availability, handling credit card and other payment transactions accurately, performing front desk duties as needed, and opening the breakfast buffet for the next morning. Experience
Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent customer service orientation with a guest-focused approach. Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and make decisions in the absence of daytime management. Strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in hospitality or related field preferred. Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA Cloud) and Microsoft Excel. Basic accounting knowledge and ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
