We are seeking a qualified and experienced Information Advice and Guidance (IAG) worker to join our team of Personal Advisers working with NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) and pre-NEET young people aged 16-18, and up to 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The role focuses on supporting vulnerable groups including Care Experienced Young People and young people with SEND from year 9 upwards.
As a Redbridge Connexions Personal Adviser, you will engage with young people at risk of disengaging from education, training, or employment, delivering support to help them make effective transitions from secondary to post-16 education, re-engage those who are NEET, and assist them into appropriate education, training programmes, or employment.

Experience
- Relevant experience working with NEET and pre-NEET young people
- Experience working in schools
- Good knowledge of SEND legislation and the Education, Health and Care Plan process

Qualifications
