We are currently seeking Principal Management Consultants to join our growing and dynamic Business Advisory team. In a world of disruption and unprecedented change, our team enables clients to implement bold solutions and solve their most pressing problems. Our Advisory team is recognised for the quality of its people and expertise across core consulting disciplines including Procurement & Supply Chain, Capital Programmes, Investment, Asset Strategy, Sustainability, People & Change, and Digital Transformation, as well as industries such as Transport, Water & Energy, Industrial Manufacturing & Technology, and Real Estate & Development.

In this role, you will apply strong intellect and persuasive communication skills to articulate complex ideas and demonstrate the right solutions to clients’ critical issues. All programmes focus on the impact of built assets on organisational performance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Visioning and strategy development
- Diagnostic organisation assessments and planning
- Solution design and implementation
- Stakeholder management, communication and engagement
- Benefits articulation, management, and realisation
- Delivering exceptional client experience from project mobilisation through to handover
- Managing workstream resources and supporting capability development
- Contributing to a high performing, inclusive culture on projects
- Active participation in capability communities of practice
- Supporting propositions, pursuits, and sales efforts

Experience
Proven expertise in one or more of the Business Advisory core capabilities or industries, with a strong track record of delivering impactful client solutions. Experience in managing complex projects and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications
