Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering production and operational requirements for community-led arts and ecology projects including workshops, performances, installations and festivals.
- Support the creation and improvement of systems and procedures to streamline administrative tasks and manage production paperwork.
- Ensure all projects are correctly risk assessed, insured and compliant with Health & Safety and Safeguarding requirements.
- Coordinate with curators, artists, contractors and delivery partners to ensure smooth event delivery, including booking crew, equipment and facilities.
- Support logistical planning including schedules, budgets, transport, equipment and on-site requirements, maintaining high standards of accessibility and sustainability.
- Contribute to internal communication, reporting and organisational systems related to production and operations.
- Act as a point of contact for freelance production staff and troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Uphold Three Rivers’ commitment to diversity, inclusion, access and sustainability throughout all production activity.

Requirements

- Knowledgeable about Health & Safety and Safeguarding considerations for public and community-based projects.
- Experience collaborating with a range of stakeholders including artists, curators and community partners.
- Confidence using IT systems and learning new tools and processes.

About you
- A strong communicator, able to build relationships and work effectively with partners, artists and community groups.
- Able to remain calm under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proactive, able to manage competing priorities and solve problems independently.
- Committed to delivering great experiences for artists, participants and audiences.
- Able to work on site in Bexley weekly.
- Understanding of safety, inclusion, diversity and sustainable practice within arts production.
