As Project Manager, you will manage bidding for joint venture regeneration projects and lead the delivery of schemes across our portfolio, acting as L&Q's client for all affordable homes and associated assets coming into our management and maintenance responsibility.
With a growing pipeline of diverse development and regeneration schemes, you will coordinate stakeholders, manage risk, and drive delivery outcomes across the programme. You will work closely with Asset, Communities, Sales, Housing and Neighbourhoods, and Direct Maintenance teams to ensure all activities deliver best value and high-quality schemes on time and within budget.
