About the Role
Join L&Q as a Maintenance Coordinator and play a key role in supporting our Healthy Homes team. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors, and stakeholders, helping to deliver high-quality services that make a real difference to residents' homes and wellbeing.
You will coordinate Awaab's Law damp and mould cases, manage contractor repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently and effectively.
Reporting to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, you will work alongside existing Coordinators to support the delivery of all tasks, playing a key role in delivering our repairs and maintenance service.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage a busy workload in a demanding environment while collaborating with multiple departments across the L&Q Group.
Experience
Proven experience in repairs and maintenance coordination or a similar role is essential.
Strong administrative skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in property maintenance or administration are desirable but not essential.
