Location
Wembley, North London with mobile working. You will work from various locations including resident homes across Hackney, Barnet, Enfield, Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, Camden and surrounding areas. Occasional office attendance at Stratford, London.

Hours
Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. Opportunities to earn additional income from call outs and out of hours service.

Salary
£41,200 per annum

About the Role
Join the Repairs Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Maintenance Technician UPVC Carpenter. This role involves working within the Reactive Maintenance Team carrying out internal and external window repairs including single and double glazing, door repairs, lock refits and general carpentry tasks. You will be supplied with an L&Q van (business use only), uniform and PPE equipment. Starting your day from home, you will travel to jobs allocated via a PDA (hand-held device). Customer satisfaction is paramount, and you will be expected to deliver a right first-time service with outstanding customer care, minimizing follow-on visits and enhancing resident experience. The role requires a health and safety conscious approach and the ability to work independently across multiple locations within North London.

Experience
- Sound working trade knowledge and experience in maintenance, site or housing environments.
- Previous experience in a similar UPVC or multi-trade role.
- Wide range of multi-trade skills.
