You will also represent L&Q at resident forums and meetings, championing resident feedback and service improvement.
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced housing professional with expertise in tenancy management, leasehold, ASB, estate services, or neighbourhood management who is motivated to make a visible difference for residents.

- Confidence managing a complex caseload balancing resident contact, inspections, complaints, compliance actions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage a diverse customer base.
About you
- A can-do attitude, motivated by keeping promises to residents.
- Willingness to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes.
- Proactive, persistent, and solutions-focused with confidence to challenge when needed.
