About the Role
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. Manage the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring all standard operating procedures are followed. Handle in-house guests’ requests and record all feedback according to procedures. Ensure the accuracy of guest billing, financial transactions, and the Reception float. Maintain accurate data in all systems and provide necessary daily reports for all departments. Complete night reception tasks correctly and accurately in line with standard operating procedures. Quote guests the correct rates as per the selling strategy and website. Answer all telephone calls promptly and efficiently. Monitor guests and their property to minimize security alerts. Report maintenance issues to the appropriate department and verify completion. Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas, correcting deficiencies immediately. Collaborate with hotel teams and outsourced partners to ensure guest satisfaction. Keep the Reception desk clean, tidy, and presentable at all times. Participate as a member of the hotel’s crisis and fire teams.

Experience
Previous hotel or similar experience is advantageous but not essential; eagerness to learn is valued.
