About the Role
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where ambition meets action and innovation is a way of life. We are seeking a Deployment Strategist to serve as the operational lead of the Remediation POD. In this role, you will be responsible for delivery governance, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end execution oversight across remediation engagements. Reporting to the Account Activation & Remediation Lead, you will ensure each engagement stays on scope, on schedule, and on track toward a successful go-live. When not actively staffed on an engagement, you will contribute to playbook development, product accelerators, and portfolio health assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate scope alignment sessions with customers, SI partners, and internal stakeholders to establish shared understanding of remediation scope
- Drive scope compression to out-of-the-box capabilities to reduce delivery risk and accelerate timelines
- Monitor progress against remediation plans and provide regular status updates
- Serve as the primary voice of the POD in daily and weekly meetings, reporting on health, milestones, and blockers
- Make escalation decisions and surface risks proactively
- Coordinate handoff documentation and transition stabilized accounts to BAU delivery teams
- Support scoping and development of remediation plans for upcoming engagements
- Contribute to playbooks, scope templates, and POD deployment frameworks
- Document lessons learned and case studies for AI-based delivery accelerators
- Participate in customer and SI partner interviews for quarterly health assessments and account scoring

Experience
8+ years in delivery, program management, or consulting with direct experience managing at-risk or remediation engagements. Strong stakeholder and escalation management skills with comfort working directly with SI partners and customer executives.

Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent communication and leadership skills. Able to manage complex projects and navigate challenging stakeholder environments effectively.

Qualifications
Preferred certifications include PMP, CSM, or SAFe. Prior Salesforce or Life Sciences delivery experience is advantageous.
