We are seeking Deployment Strategists — strategic builders who serve as customer-facing advisors, defining AI strategy, shaping agentic solutions, and driving measurable adoption for enterprise customers. You will work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers to translate complex business challenges into agentic AI deployments that deliver real value. Engagements are focused and time-bound, typically lasting 12 weeks or less, and may involve single or multiple customers. Your impact goes beyond deployment to ensure customers realize lasting, scalable value from the solutions your team builds.

As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead end-to-end customer engagement across the full value lifecycle — Identify, Commit, Deploy, Consume — owning outcomes at every stage. You will define AI strategy and architecture, lead design workshops, and architect solutions spanning Salesforce's agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems with responsible AI governance. You will manage delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting, acting as the operational backbone of your delivery team.

You will own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics, identifying blockers early and developing strategies to drive measurable value. Partnering closely with Forward Deployed Engineers, you will align strategy with technical execution and keep the team focused on delivery milestones. Utilizing leading-edge AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Vibes, you will develop real customer solutions. As the primary customer contact, you will build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and present proposals and outcomes in terms of business value.

Additionally, you will assess customer readiness for AI adoption, guide change management and process transformation, and synthesize field insights into actionable product feedback to influence Salesforce's Agentic AI platform roadmap.

Experience
- 4+ years in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
- Prior customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory (required)
- Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
- Proven ability to lead and own complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end from discovery through measurable outcomes
- Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices
- Strong project and programme management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder expectations
- Ability to travel up to 25% to customer sites

Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Salesforce platform certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect) or similar platform certifications are a plus
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing) is advantageous
- Experience designing and deploying AI solutions in regulated industries such as public sector, financial services, or healthcare is preferred
- Background in change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation is beneficial
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts beyond LLMs, including NLP, RAG architectures, and model evaluation frameworks is a plus
