About the Role

We are seeking a Field CTO, Data and AI, to be our most senior technical voice on Data 360 in EMEA. This role requires deep expertise on the Salesforce Platform (CTA-caliber) and modern data platforms to architect alongside any customer's Chief Architect, while educating Sales, Consulting, and senior architects on the how and why of Data 360. You will be data-first but fluent in headless and agentic AI, senior, sales-driven, C-level credible, and enthusiastic on stage.

Your impact will include thought leadership as the definitive voice on Salesforce Platform, ecosystem, and Data 360; strategic architecture leadership in complex deal cycles; and building reference architectures and technical go-to-market narratives. You will present at events, analyst briefings, and customer boards, publish thought leadership shaping the market’s view of data-first AI, and act as a trusted advisor to strategic accounts. You will co-own architecture patterns with SI and hyperscaler partners such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks.

Experience
15+ years in enterprise architecture, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales in Data/AI. Proven enterprise architecture credentials (Zachman, TOGAF); Salesforce CTA is a plus. Demonstrated Salesforce Platform depth and architect-level hands-on experience on a major data platform such as GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, or Azure. Proven track record as an Enterprise Architect or trusted advisor in large complex stacks. Experience building reference architectures and technical go-to-market narratives for new offerings. Demonstrated C-level advisory experience with roles such as CDO, CTO, CIO, or CAIO.

Qualifications
Degree or equivalent experience. Technical skill set includes cloud data platforms (GCP, Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure), ingestion pipelines, data modelling, and governance. Expertise in AI and agentic technologies such as GenAI, RAG, vector stores, agent lifecycle, MCP/A2A interoperability. Deep architectural fluency in Salesforce Platform components including Data 360, Agentforce, and Agent Builder. Familiarity with integration and BI tools such as MuleSoft, hyperscaler SDKs, Tableau, PowerBI, and Looker.
