About the Role
An excellent opportunity to make a difference in Brent, a vibrant London borough known for its cultural diversity and dynamic community. Brent Council is committed to reducing all forms of homelessness and rough sleeping, supported by funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government. As a Rough Sleeper Navigator, you will work full time to support rough sleepers by acting as a single point of contact and helping them navigate pathways towards sustainable housing and a life away from the streets. You will work in a person-centred way, collaborating with multiple internal and external services to alleviate homelessness and provide positive outcomes for clients. This role offers varied and comprehensive development opportunities within an expanding Rough Sleepers and Support Team.
Experience
- Experience working with vulnerable individuals, particularly those experiencing homelessness or unstable housing, is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage persistently and build trust with rough sleepers.

Qualifications
