About the Role
We're Sam Harrison and Fanny Stocker — founders of Sam's Riverside in Hammersmith and Sam's Waterside in Brentford, two Michelin Guide-listed brasseries in West London. Sam works alongside the team daily because we believe in leading from the front. Our team members aren't just employees; they're part of our family. We're a small, close-knit group committed to working with the right people and investing in them properly.

We are currently looking for front of house staff including runners who love hospitality and take pride in looking after people. Whether you are experienced and seeking a new home or earlier in your career with the right attitude and passion, we want to hear from you.

Experience
Experience is not essential; a genuine passion for hospitality and a strong work ethic are what matter most.
