About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Samsonite, you will offer customers exceptional service by projecting a positive image of the Company at all times to maximise sales. You will assist in maintaining a tidy and well-presented store, ensuring high standards in all areas. Your responsibilities include providing professional advice and demonstrations of Samsonite products to create a friendly shopping experience, introducing selling benefits and features of the merchandise range, and maximising sales through detailed product knowledge and add-on sales.

You will be knowledgeable about store layout, products, and stock availability, handling customer enquiries, complaints, and phone queries tactfully in line with Company Policy. Processing transactions efficiently and professionally while adhering to Company Procedures is essential. You will maintain awareness of after sales service, supplier warranties, sales promotions, incentives, and product brochures.

Additional duties include processing deliveries, maintaining stockrooms, assisting with merchandising and internal displays, reading and actioning Head Office communications, and participating in stock counts as directed by the Store Manager. You will ensure security procedures are followed, maintain high housekeeping standards, handle telephone enquiries, open and close the store according to procedures, and carry out stock and personnel administration.

Attendance requirements include reporting 10 minutes before shifts, timely communication of absences or lateness directly to management, making up any lost business time, and attending training courses as directed. Maintaining a well-groomed, neat, and tidy appearance in line with Company Dress Policy is expected. You will also ensure health and safety standards are met, reporting any accidents or potential dangers, and be familiar with the Health and Safety Manual and fire safety procedures.

You may be required to perform duties of a similar nature as directed by Management.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is required. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets is essential.

About you
You should be a team player and motivator with good brand sensibility and a strong command of English. Flexibility and the ability to stand constantly, bend, and frequently lift luggage up to 15 kilos are necessary. Computer literacy is also required.

Qualifications
