About the Role
As a Sales Advisor at Samsonite, you will offer customers exceptional service by projecting a positive image of the Company at all times to maximise sales. You will assist in maintaining a tidy and well-presented store, upholding high standards in all areas.

Your key responsibilities will include providing professional advice and demonstrations of Samsonite products to ensure a friendly shopping experience, introducing selling benefits and product features, and maximising sales through detailed product knowledge and add-on sales. You will be knowledgeable about store layout, products, and stock availability, handling customer enquiries, complaints, and phone queries tactfully in line with Company Policy.

Additional duties include processing transactions efficiently, maintaining awareness of after-sales service and warranties, staying informed about sales promotions and targets, managing stock deliveries and discrepancies, assisting with merchandising and store displays, and supporting stock counts.

You will also ensure security by adhering to Company Procedures when handling stock and monies, maintain high housekeeping standards within the branch, handle telephone enquiries politely and efficiently, and carry out administrative duties as directed by Management. Opening and closing the store according to Company Procedures and attending training courses as required are also part of the role.

Maintaining a well-groomed, neat, and tidy appearance in line with the Company Dress Policy and ensuring health and safety standards are met are essential. You will be expected to report any accidents or potential dangers and be familiar with fire safety procedures.

Additional responsibilities may be assigned by Management as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in retail is required. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets is essential.

About you
You should be a team player and motivator with good brand sensibility and a strong command of English. Flexibility and the ability to stand for long periods, bend frequently, and lift luggage up to 15 kilos are necessary for this role.

Qualifications
Computer literacy is required. A positive attitude and willingness to deliver excellent customer service are essential.
