About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a full-time Senior Analyst within the Cadence team in the Information Technology Clinical Systems (ITCS). This role offers the chance to develop your programme management experience within the NHS while supporting the continued optimisation and stability of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR). ITCS Senior Analysts support and maintain a portfolio of Epic and non-Epic systems that underpin the delivery of digital services across Guy's and St Thomas' (GSTT) and King's College Hospital (KCH). We are looking for candidates with strong digital aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and an understanding of NHS workflows, particularly within community and outpatient services. You will also provide timely support to end users, resolve system issues, and contribute to optimisation projects, software upgrades, and future platform enhancements.
Main duties include managing, coordinating, and leading configuration requirements to ensure timely delivery; working with stakeholders to analyse, negotiate, and facilitate agreement for changes to high-impact or critical workflows; being a key member of the multi-disciplinary configuration team ensuring design integrity and consistency across Epic modules; analysing and suggesting improvements to current workflows; assisting with system testing and upgrades to ensure safety, usability, security, and robustness; supporting complex software demonstrations; and assisting in the delivery of the Trust's EHR system.
