About the Role
Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to join our Global Governance legal team. In this role, you will own non-US subsidiary legal compliance and manage complex international governance initiatives. You will partner directly with cross-functional leaders, external counsel worldwide, and executive stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to apply strong legal judgment and leverage legal technology, enterprise platforms, and generative AI tools to drive precision and efficiency in corporate record-keeping, shaping governance practices across a global entity portfolio.
You will lead the end-to-end legal lifecycle and corporate governance for non-US subsidiaries, including formations, dissolutions, restructurings, and conversions. Responsibilities include maintaining entity management databases, corporate records, and statutory filings to ensure local compliance. You will draft corporate documents such as board minutes, shareholder resolutions, powers of attorney, and officer/director appointments, and coordinate director and officer onboarding/offboarding across global entities.
Acting as the primary liaison with internal stakeholders across Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and HR, you will support corporate transactions, capital restructuring, operational compliance needs, mergers and acquisitions, and post-acquisition integrations. You will manage relationships with external law firms, corporate secretaries, and local service providers worldwide, coordinating global signature processes, apostilles, notarizations, and document legalization. You will also champion the responsible use of generative AI in daily legal workflows.
At Salesforce, we support your growth and balance with comprehensive benefits and resources. Join us to shape the future of AI and redefine what’s possible for yourself and the world.
