About the Role
Greystar is a leading, fully integrated global real estate platform specialising in property management, investment management, development, and construction services for institutional-quality rental housing. The Senior Data & AI Analyst will join the Data & Analytics Team, initially focusing on the UK market with the expectation to support other countries as needed. This role supports the delivery of asset business plan targets and operational excellence by generating and analysing reports on property management performance. You will gather and analyse market, client, and portfolio data to provide management with insights to improve net operating income, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction. A key responsibility is championing AI tools to enhance reporting and analysis efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

The role involves close collaboration with UK Operational and Asset Management teams and direction from Senior Management. You will develop consistent KPIs and reports using AI-assisted tools, support financial and data analysis activities, and manage leasing reporting processes to track occupancy and rental trends. Acting as the regional AI Subject Matter Expert, you will drive AI adoption, build AI-powered solutions, and support colleagues in using AI safely and effectively. Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to connect insights with operational execution, participate in process improvement projects, and support systems optimisation.

Other responsibilities include supporting rent and budget-setting processes, acquisition due diligence, service-cost reporting, and service-charge administration. You will also build strong relationships with IT/Systems teams to ensure smooth data provision and contribute to continuous improvement of data systems and tools.
