Your work will generate valuable insights that inform investment decisions and drive performance improvements across the Data Intelligence Team. You will lead the development of a comprehensive benchmarking database and contribute to the reporting process to deliver timely, accurate insights that support informed decision-making. You will provide leadership to the Data Intelligence team by setting objectives, reviewing performance, undertaking appraisals, and providing ongoing feedback to ensure all staff understand their goals and progress.

Additional responsibilities include managing periodic and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the monthly project review pack presented to leadership. You will support the establishment, monitoring, and management of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and collate KPIs and progress data related to time, cost, risk, change, and quality for senior leaders.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of performance measurement systems such as Earned Value Management and ensure integration into reporting frameworks. Supporting integration of schedule, cost, scope, quality, change, and risk data to deliver a comprehensive view of project health is key, as is sharing lessons learned and best practices within the Programme and Project Controls community.

You will manage large volumes of data, lead performance data analysis, identify key trends and issues, and articulate findings through charts and narratives to inform business decisions. You will convert large volumes of cost data from internal and external sources into meaningful intelligence and support the Data Analyst in providing insightful reports.

HS2 Ltd is committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and expects you to actively promote and embed EDI principles in all your work, supporting organisational initiatives, policies, and procedures.
