This role focuses specifically on purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and requires exceptional knowledge of the UK living sector and its key market participants.

Key responsibilities include building and managing the pipeline, assessing and underwriting opportunities, shaping asset strategies, leading pitches and negotiations of Heads of Terms (HoTs) and Property Management Agreements (PMAs), and preparing and presenting RFP proposals. The role involves close collaboration with Client Services, Operations, Asset Management, Finance, and legal teams to ensure commercial soundness and successful contract execution. The Senior Manager also monitors market trends, supports junior team development, maintains strong client relationships, and represents Greystar at industry events to enhance brand visibility and business development.
