As Senior Risk Manager, you will contribute to a multi-million-pound programme, placing you at the heart of major construction works where you can shape outcomes and have a lasting impact on communities and cities. Your responsibilities will include managing risk management performance, designing and implementing risk frameworks, advising clients and project teams, facilitating risk workshops and mitigations, delivering quantitative risk analysis, reporting on contingency and risk outcomes, mentoring and developing risk team members, and integrating risk with PMO disciplines.

Requirements

Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience or equivalent delivering a range of project risk management services on major construction projects.
- Proven risk leadership on complex construction projects.
- Experience setting up effective risk management, assurance frameworks, and strategies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of risk tools, techniques, and software such as Active Risk Manager, RiskHive, @risk, and Primavera Risk Analyser.
- Ability to manage activities with significant uncertainty of solution or outcome.
