About the Role
At ITV, we love creating some of the nation's best-loved and most-watched TV programmes. As part of the UK's largest commercial family of channels, we create and distribute high-quality content across multiple platforms. The Service Administrator will work within the Service Delivery Team to ensure the compliant and timely delivery of various premium and free services including Competitions, marketing pushes and votes. You will collaborate with Interactive teams to extract and prepare relevant data for marketing campaigns and engage in post-campaign reviews to assess success and propose improvements.

Main responsibilities include reviewing Competition, Feedback and Marketing service requests across SMS, PRTS, Web and Mobile App platforms for in-house delivery or via third parties; scheduling campaigns according to delivery dates and business requirements; ensuring platform availability; building campaigns using predefined templates or third party requests; completing checks before sign-off and handover to Operations for live support; performing daily and weekly administrative tasks such as reports and data extraction; participating in online test teams for new technical deployments; working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather campaign requirements; conducting service feasibility assessments; defining and implementing robust reporting; and engaging in post-event reviews to improve future campaigns.

Experience
Understanding of operational processes within a live environment or similar. Confident using web-based tools and Content Management Systems. Awareness of premium telephony technology such as SMS. Awareness of E-commerce solutions and user flows.

About you
An interest in marketing strategies and the interactive broadcast sector is beneficial. Knowledge of Braze or similar marketing platforms is advantageous. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is desirable. Excellent and consistent attention to detail. Ability to build strong and productive relationships with suppliers is preferable.
