Scale S01 - £37,134 to £39,276 (pay award pending)

About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and committed Site Manager who will take pride in ensuring our school is a safe, inviting and positive learning environment. You will work proactively with school leaders to ensure the school operates efficiently and effectively, while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards across the school facilities. Your responsibilities will include managing the maintenance, security and cleanliness of the school premises, including line management of the cleaning team.
The successful candidate will need to be flexible, adaptable and possess excellent time management and communication skills. Previous experience within a school environment is beneficial but not essential.
The school is set in extensive grounds and benefits from an attached ASD Centre, an on-site Children’s Centre, a playgroup, and a 0-5 fee paying Nursery.
