The Stripe Issuing team enables users—from startups to large platforms and Stripe itself—to build and launch successful card programs and financial features using powerful programmatic APIs and intuitive user interfaces. The team creates the infrastructure, user-facing experiences, and partner integrations needed to manage the lifecycle of a card and enable efficient money movement. As EMEA Staff Product Manager for Stripe Issuing, you will lead product development efforts to build best-in-class card issuance systems, including designing user-facing APIs and interfaces. You will work directly with top global users to build and grow their card programs in EMEA. This highly complex and challenging role requires deep understanding of user needs and collaboration across internal and partner teams to deliver a seamless product experience at scale.

You will run Stripe Issuing in EMEA like a standalone business, partnering closely with go-to-market teams to scale the Issuing business across the region. Your role involves significant user engagement to understand their needs, working with Stripe leadership and go-to-market teams to define strategy and roadmap, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to build compliant and scalable products.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Stripe Issuing efforts in the UK and Europe
- Shaping product strategy to help users manage their card programs
- Partnering with engineering to launch new Stripe Issuing solutions in UK and Europe
- Collaborating with design, legal, risk, compliance, and engineering teams early in product development to create delightful user experiences
- Owning the roadmap and go-to-market strategy for EMEA Stripe Issuing alongside product marketing
- Acting as the voice of the user in product and API design by gathering direct customer feedback
- Ensuring products are built to be scalable and performant

Experience
- 8+ years in a product management role
- Domain expertise in financial products, especially card issuing, financial systems, and card networks
- Proven track record of scaling products in close collaboration with go-to-market teams
- Experience building platform and/or API products

Qualifications
- Relevant product management experience in fintech or related industries preferred
- Deep understanding of card issuance and financial product ecosystems is highly desirable
