Are you a highly experienced Social Work professional ready to step into a Team Manager role and champion high-quality, actively anti-racist practice? We are focused on becoming an actively anti-racist borough and invite you to take a clear leadership role in shaping and embedding our redesigned Integrated Mental Health Service (IMHS) pathways.

As part of our Section 75 partnership with East London Foundation Trust (ELFT), you will provide day-to-day leadership and drive high-quality, strengths-based practice for adults with mental health needs. You will lead and supervise a team of social workers and staff, ensuring legally compliant and person-centred practice. You will drive forward strengths-based, trauma-informed, and anti-racist approaches in all areas of work, manage performance, allocate workload, and ensure quality assurance within your team. Additionally, you will oversee complex safeguarding and contribute to service-wide priorities and change programmes.

Working collaboratively with ELFT and wider partners, you will deliver integrated support for residents, championing inclusion, collaboration, and professional curiosity. Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Work professional with supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience in managing performance, workload allocation, and quality assurance.
- Knowledge and experience in safeguarding complex cases.
- Experience working within integrated mental health services or related adult social care settings.

Qualifications
- Recognised Social Work qualification.
