As a Workforce Data Analyst, you will report to the Workforce Transformation Programme Head of HR & OD and play a key role in shaping a dynamic, forward-thinking, and inclusive workforce that reflects the borough we serve.

In this strategic position, you will provide essential data and insights to embed new ways of working and support cultural change across all Directorates. You will support the delivery of corporate change initiatives that improve outcomes for residents and empower staff to thrive.

Requirements

Experience
- Strong background in HR and Organisational Development
- Experience managing complex workforce changes
- Deep understanding of the local government context
