About the Role
Join ITV Studios’ Zoo 55 Tech Squad, a dynamic team driving global audience expansion and commercial growth across the digital media ecosystem. Operating at the intersection of content, culture, and technology, Zoo 55 creates and distributes ITV Studios’ iconic IP across FAST & DTC, Social Video, Gaming & Gambling (including Metavision), and Digital Marketing.

As a Technical Business Analyst within the agile delivery team, you will bridge business operations and platform engineering by mapping operational workflows, translating business pain points into executable technical user stories, and managing day-to-day sprint delivery. Working closely with Zoo 55 leads and Group Technology engineers, you will help industrialise foundational media workflows and build scalable infrastructure to support expanding global media operations.

Main responsibilities include mapping as-is and to-be workflows, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, configuring workflow tools like Monday.com, drafting enterprise Change Requests, managing the delivery backlog using agile methodologies, running agile ceremonies, removing blockers, tracking agile metrics, engaging stakeholders, coordinating dependencies across teams and vendors, and ensuring smooth service transition and delivery governance.

Experience
Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Agile BA, or Delivery Manager in software or media delivery environments. Proven skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and writing detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Experience running agile delivery rituals (Scrum/Kanban) and using Jira/Confluence to manage backlogs and track delivery velocity. Ability to liaise effectively between non-technical operational stakeholders and platform/cloud engineers. Skilled in managing technical work and dependencies across internal teams and external partner vendors.

About you
Passionate about technology with excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrable media industry experience is preferred. Familiarity with digital media workflows, cloud storage (Cloud NAS), or digital asset management platforms is advantageous.

Qualifications
Business Analysis accreditations (e.g. BCS) or Agile/Scrum certifications (e.g. PSM/CSM, AgilePM, ICP-ACC) are desirable.
