Join the team at the 4-star Novotel London Bridge hotel, featuring 182 chic bedrooms, a Gourmet Bar and Restaurant, and a fitness centre. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide a friendly, relaxing, and personalised welcome and experience throughout the service. Your mission is to help gain customer loyalty through delivering a high standard of service, taking food and drink orders, promoting the food and beverage offer, and establishing good relations with guests by offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
