About the Role
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, founded by British makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury MBE in 2013, is a global beauty brand operating across 50 markets with over 2,300 employees worldwide. We are seeking an ambitious Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our global finance team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders and develop your finance career within an international accounts payable team. Based in our newly renovated central London head office, we provide excellent training and study support to foster continuous learning and development.
As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be responsible for controlling the stock accounts payable process end-to-end, including supplier setup, invoice processing, and bi-weekly global payment runs. You will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams such as Supply Chain, review creditor ageing reports to ensure timely payments, reconcile supplier statements, and maintain trade finance schedules while assisting with payment forecasting.
You will also manage the Concur system for travel, expenses, and credit cards by performing internal compliance checks, processing bi-weekly expense payments, managing user profiles, arranging credit card setups and cancellations, providing Concur training to new starters, and assisting with traveller queries. Additionally, you will handle monthly uploads of travel bookings to NetSuite and prepare accruals for credit cards and travel bookings.

Experience
- Accounts payable experience within retail or FMCG organisations
- Experience with Concur or other expense management systems
- Good understanding of cash flow management
- NetSuite experience is desirable
