About the Role
Salesforce is hiring AI Builders who are early in their career but ambitious and driven. As part of our first-of-its-kind AI Builder New Grad cohort, you will be embedded directly with customer-facing teams, designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies. You will be at the forefront of the agentic era, building solutions that define how the world's largest companies operate and delivering real-time customer impact from day one.

Working within a builder pod, a cross-functional team, you will collaborate to design, build, and deploy AI solutions for real customers, supported by a built-in system to ensure your success.

The AI Builder Experience
- AI-Powered Development: Develop real customer solutions using best-in-class AI tools including Cursor, Claude, and coding products like Vibes to accelerate development.
- Dedicated Mentorship: Participate in a program focused on hands-on technical skill development, shadowing, and networking. You will have a dedicated onboarding buddy and opportunities to partner with senior developers.
- Skill Acceleration: Grow both your technical expertise and sales skills to lead high-level conversations with stakeholders.

What You'll Actually Be Building
- Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies. Agentforce is live and running for some of the biggest companies globally.
- Design Agent Intelligence: Architect how agents think, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Support the entire technical lifecycle: Collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
- Drive Strategic Impact: Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions using consultative skills.
- Iterate and Deploy: Test, fix, and ship your work, owning your projects from day one.

Experience
Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline. Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering. Proficient in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real-time infrastructure.

You are an AI native passionate about building impactful solutions. You write high-quality code and rigorously evaluate AI outputs. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments and are ready to grow rapidly in a new frontier. You bring sharp problem-solving skills, relentless initiative, and a get-things-done mentality. You are comfortable engaging with sales teams and customers and excited to travel 25-50% of the time to work alongside clients.
Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science or related engineering field is expected. Demonstrated technical skills in relevant programming languages and AI technologies are essential.
