About the Role
Join Salesforce as an AI Builder in our Emerging Talent program for the UK & Ireland market. As part of the Futureforce University Recruiting initiative, you will work on real projects that impact how our business runs and shape the future of AI-driven customer success. Embedded within customer-facing teams, you will design, develop, and deploy agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies, delivering real-time impact from day one.

Working in a collaborative builder pod, you will leverage cutting-edge AI tools including Cursor, Claude, and Vibes to accelerate development. This role offers dedicated mentorship, hands-on technical skill development, and opportunities to partner with senior developers. You will develop both your technical expertise and sales skills to lead high-level conversations with stakeholders.

Your work will include designing agent intelligence architectures, supporting the full technical lifecycle of AI solutions using JavaScript, Python, and Apex, and partnering with clients to translate business challenges into innovative AI-driven solutions. You will own your projects end-to-end, iterating and deploying scalable production systems that define how the world’s largest companies operate.

Experience
Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline. Experience with AI, particularly large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering, is essential. Proficiency in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, Object-Oriented Programming, and real-time infrastructure is required. Ability to write high-quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.

Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and engaging with sales teams and customers is highly valued.

Qualifications
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is expected. Demonstrated technical skills in AI development and software engineering are essential. A passion for AI innovation and a commitment to Salesforce’s core values of trust, innovation, and equality are important.
