As an AI Data Associate, you will work with diverse data types including text, speech, image, and video to deliver high-quality labelled data that supports machine learning workflows. You will become a subject matter expert in ML data processes, creating factually and grammatically correct responses, ranking outputs, and annotating multimedia content. Your role requires strict confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to pivot quickly between different task categories.

You will contribute to daily operational goals such as average handling time, quality, and turnaround time, while also identifying process improvements and supporting root cause analysis to enhance data labelling quality. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a diverse, innovative team dedicated to advancing AI technology and improving Alexa's performance in everyday situations.

The team works strictly on-site, providing regular training, meetings, and Amazon events throughout the year to foster growth and collaboration.

Experience
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven ability to execute tasks with attention to detail and quality
- Experience in research, data annotation, or related fields is advantageous
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and changing priorities
- Project coordination or management experience is a plus

About you
- Fluent in French (CEFR C1+) with strong written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)
- Strong business writing skills capable of creating reports, proposals, and professional correspondence
- Advanced reading comprehension and analytical thinking
- Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across multiple projects
- Proficient research skills with the ability to synthesize information from various sources
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Comfortable working collaboratively in a diverse team environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
- 2+ years of professional experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications
- Knowledge of open-source research resources is a plus
