About the Role
Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing the adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) across EMEA? As a Graduate Business Development Representative, you will join the AWS Commercial Sales Graduate Program, designed to develop the next generation of cloud leaders. In this role, you will help prospects and customers make the transformational move to AWS by understanding their business challenges and demonstrating the unique benefits of AWS services. You will receive hands-on education, training, and mentorship to support your growth and success.

Your primary responsibilities include following up with prospects and customers who have shown interest in AWS services, identifying and qualifying leads, and liaising with customers ranging from startups to established enterprises across all levels and departments to enable customer success and support AWS adoption.

A successful candidate will be eager to learn, self-driven, and passionate about technology, with a strong focus on delivering results aligned to customer business goals and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and call leads across Europe
- Build an understanding of customer pain points, requirements, and potential value delivered by AWS
- Deliver and report on business development targets
- Identify target accounts using market data and industry intelligence
- Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve products, services, processes, systems, and tools

Requirements

Experience
- Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills is preferred
- Experience in direct sales and partner sales leadership is advantageous
- Experience working with clients and demonstrating strong analytical abilities is desirable

Qualifications
- In final year of study for Bachelor's or Master's degree, or graduated within the last 12 months
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English
- Fluent written and verbal communication in German (C2 level or native)
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong interest in a technology sales career focused on innovative cloud and AI technologies
