As a Senior Training Specialist within the AGI-DS organization, you will deliver an exceptional blended learning experience. You will support the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of end-to-end training programs. Working closely with the Training Manager, you will track and drive completion of training reporting and task completion through the Learning Management System (LMS), while supporting Training Specialists in their efforts.
You will also identify site-level improvement opportunities and drive innovation in training approaches, aiming to scale these innovations across the global network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate classroom training following the approved curriculum.
- Maintain theoretical proficiency and expertise in assigned trainings by staying current on tools, processes, procedures, and training techniques.
- Manage the classroom environment to ensure it is organized and productive.
- Evaluate trainee performance daily to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide coaching and feedback to trainees and communicate engagement and performance insights to the Training Manager.
- Share batch-related observations with the Training Manager for corrective actions.
- Manage LMS tasks such as enrolment, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
- Publish training reports according to agreed standards.
- Collect and share feedback on training effectiveness with stakeholders.
- Communicate training progress and needs to relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and document processes to continuously improve training.
- Support the Training Manager with delegated tasks to enhance training delivery across the team.
Experience
- Experience in Learning & Development and course facilitation or equivalent professional qualification.
- Skilled in planning, creating, implementing, delivering, and assessing various types of training.
- Experience with one-to-many and one-to-one communication in classroom and tutorial settings.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience leading and coordinating within peer groups.
- Continuous improvement skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or significant experience in education or related field.
- Learning/training experience and/or certification.
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in German, French, Italian, or Portuguese (verbal and written).
- Working knowledge of eLearning development tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or Flash.
- Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter.
- Experience working with a globally-distributed management organization.
