About the Role
Are you a dedicated professional passionate about delivering high-quality mental health social care? The London Borough of Hackney, in partnership with East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT), is seeking an AMHP/Adult Social Care System Coordinator to join our diverse, multi-disciplinary teams. This pivotal role involves providing administrative support to the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) team for three days a week and dedicating two days to administrative and data collection functions for adult social care teams at ELFT.
In this role, you will facilitate the Mental Health Quality Assurance Meetings, support service development, and act as a MOSAIC expert to drive process improvements and provide guidance to colleagues. Your responsibilities will include efficient administrative support, managing referrals, compiling statistical reports, maintaining databases, and handling financial duties.

Experience
Strong administrative and secretarial knowledge with experience in managing referrals, data collection, and report compilation. Familiarity with confidentiality regulations including UK GDPR and DPA 2018 is essential.

Qualifications
