About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Director for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities to join our Senior Leadership Team in Adult Social Care.

You will also oversee performance management to achieve departmental and customer objectives, while developing innovative approaches to service delivery.
As a senior leader, you will contribute proactively to departmental and corporate objectives.
