About the Role
Hackney Borough Council is offering a new and exciting opportunity for newly qualified social workers to join their first Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) team. This innovative team provides a high level of support alongside a wide range of learning and development opportunities throughout the first year of practice. You will be part of a brand new team of newly qualified social workers, led by an experienced and skilled team manager who will support you in navigating the challenges and opportunities of your first year in social work.
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate newly qualified social workers committed to developing their practice and improving outcomes for children and families in Hackney. Candidates should have some statutory experience working with children and families and demonstrate strong social work values aligned with Hackney’s STAR (Systemic, Trauma-Informed and Anti-Racist) model of practice.

Experience
Some statutory experience working with children and families is required.
