About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Bartender to bring style, speed, and spirit to every pour at Il Bambini Club, a vibrant trattoria celebrating Italian life. Born in Paris and now in London, Il Bambini Club features colourful design, an iconic pizza oven, live music, and a carefree atmosphere. The bar is the central stage for energy, elegance, and spontaneity throughout the day.

Your role will be to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. You will craft everything from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons, as well as serve coffee, fine wines, and signature creations. You will know your products and systems inside out and work closely with the team to keep both table and bar service running smoothly and tidily.

Experience
Previous bartending experience, particularly in cocktail making, is essential.
