About the Role
We are looking for a charismatic Bartender to join the team at The Hoxton, Southwark, in our Seabird Restaurant. You will create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. Your role includes making a wide range of drinks, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. You will know your products and systems inside out and work closely with the team to keep both table and bar service running smoothly and tidily. Seabird boasts an impressive raw bar, London’s longest oyster list, and stunning rooftop views, making it a unique and exciting place to work.

Experience
Previous bartending experience is required, with particular emphasis on cocktail making skills.
