About the Role
Join the Chet’s team as a Bartender and create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves. You will craft drinks to suit the mood, from soft drinks and coffees to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons. You will know your product and systems inside out and work closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly and tidily for both table and bar service. The role is based in a vibrant venue featuring a large open lobby with vintage seating, a central wraparound bar, and terrace, perfectly located for exploring West London. Chet’s is a Thai-Americana spot combining fragrant flavours and smoky textures of Thailand with classic American diner comforts.

Experience
Previous bartending experience is required, particularly in cocktail and coffee making.
