About the Role
We are looking for a Bartender to join the vibrant Chet’s team at The Hoxton Shepherd’s Bush. This role involves creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves. You will craft a variety of drinks, from soft beverages and coffees to expertly made cocktails that change with the seasons. You will be expected to know your products and systems thoroughly and work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth and tidy operations for both table and bar service. Chet’s is a Thai-Americana restaurant combining fragrant Thai flavours with classic American diner comforts, set within a lively and eclectic neighbourhood.

Experience
Previous bartending experience is essential, particularly in cocktail and coffee making.
