We are seeking experienced beauty and/or luxury retail professionals who enjoy building meaningful customer connections and delivering exceptional service in a high-energy retail environment. Experience
Experience in beauty and/or luxury retail, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG. Experience applying makeup and adapting styles to suit different customers is highly desirable.

Qualifications
Ideally hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy. Previous experience as a Sales Advisor is preferred. A strong passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and its disruptive approach to beauty is essential.
