As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will focus on generating new business and whitespace pipeline in the UK Public Sector through outbound prospecting. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced team with varied customers, personalized training, and career growth opportunities. You will support outbound sales teams by conducting strategic prospecting, extensive account research, and nurturing early-stage opportunities. Key responsibilities include generating new business pipeline, managing inbound leads, cold calling existing and new accounts, partnering with core sellers, and identifying key decision makers within new accounts. Experience
Experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent quota attainment is highly valued. Experience researching, account planning, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new and existing accounts is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams is required.

Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the UK are required. You demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications
A degree or equivalent relevant experience is required. Relevant experience may include extracurricular leadership roles, military service, volunteer work, or professional experience that demonstrates core competencies for the role.
