We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and reliable Casual Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a flexible basis. This role is ideal for a skilled chef looking for casual shifts, with hours offered based on business requirements and individual availability. You will be responsible for running your designated section, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, and working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver an excellent dining experience. Adaptability, confidence in a busy kitchen environment, and the ability to step into service with minimal supervision are essential.

Experience
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie is required.
