About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at MAM London, part of Novotel London Blackfriars. You will play a pivotal role in running and supervising a kitchen section to the high standards set by the Head Chef. Responsibilities include ensuring all preparation for your section is complete and ready for service, maintaining stock and waste control, and upholding quality control of stock and prepared foods. You will execute cooking efficiently and to a high standard, maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section, and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering excellent food. You will also delegate tasks appropriately to junior chefs and apprentices, supporting their development. A positive and proactive attitude is essential, with a commitment to improving your skills and performance. You will contribute to ensuring all guests and non-residents enjoy the best possible experience.
