As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain high quality standards for presentation and taste, and collaborate with the team to develop new recipes. You will also maintain cleanliness and organisation of your designated kitchen area, ensuring equipment is in good working order.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications
Relevant culinary qualifications are advantageous but not explicitly required; passion and commitment to the craft are essential
