Your key responsibilities will include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste, supporting your team, and ensuring kitchen equipment is well maintained will also be essential parts of your role.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required but relevant culinary experience is essential
