As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain high quality standards in presentation and taste, and collaborate with the team to develop new menu items. You will also ensure cleanliness and organisation of your designated kitchen area and maintain equipment in good working order.
This role offers a short, easily prepped menu including a 3-course set menu with 4 options per course and bar food menu. You will be supported with bespoke training, development opportunities, and apprenticeships for all experience levels, ensuring a good work-life balance and ongoing professional growth.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
